Our Story
How It All Started
LeaderHealth started as a result of Dr. Shanna Teel’s work with driven, high-achieving professionals and leaders who progressively started talking more openly about how to balance their passions, ambitions, and responsibilities with decreasing energy, creativity, focus, health, and fulfillment.
She knew there was a better, more balanced way forward and that we have to collectively and culturally break the mold of trading health for success. So, LeaderHealth was created.

Dr. Shanna Teel
a post-graduate certificate in neuroscience and nutrition-science; and has over 25 years of experience as a business and leadership consultant, executive coach, speaker, and author. She specializes in the areas of executive and leadership development and coaching, organizational development, culture change, high-performing teams, change management, and creating healthy leaders and organizations.
